I keep the GTD-R pocket and some 3x2.5 cards in my pocket with clip, or in the back pocket of hobonichi. I keep a pen at all times. I take notes as they come and tag them and put them in the inbox side. I also sit at this computer and brain dump items into the INBOX category on the inbox wiki page. I do this throughout the day, and then at the end of the day, (and a more thorough weekly review on Friday), I take those and process them as needed, doing things that can be done quick, planning those in my hobonichi that need a date/time or a different context (aka I'm at home but it's something I have to do at work) and adding to other lists as needed (ie projects, someday, delegate(d), next). After this daily review I journal a short reflection in the hobonichi. This ideally happens in the afternoon, but don't be rigid b*tch.

I use OneNote to include all anecdotal notes and student work.

At work, everything that needs to be filed is put in a file folder and given a label based on its main idea. Like, field trip forms would be labeled FIELD TRIP. This is filed in the lower drawer of the metal filing cabinet.

The upper drawer is for Student files.

In each student file are the following folders:

I plan ahead the entire year thematically.

I plan each season in greater detail.

Further, I plan each unit in 3 week chunks.

I make copies for the following week every Friday morning.

In the class all work is lain out on the back table which needs to be fucking cleaned.

Everything needs to be labeled. Everything needs a home.

I need a reading list and a scheduled plan to read books. This has to be calendered.

I want to keep a budget by pencil in my budget book.

I want to write all passwords in the password book and delete a lot of accounts. A LOT.
